Allianz Global Assistance has launched an online Travel Claims Portal to simplify the process of lodging a travel insurance claim.

The claims portal is accessible on any web-enabled device that has an Internet browser, enabling customers to lodge claims anywhere and at anytime.

To help speed up processing times, customers are able to upload supporting documentation and provide their bank details for payment if their claim is approved.

Customers can save their online claim at any point and return later to complete their submission.

Once a claim has been submitted, the customer will be contacted within 10 business days.
